Does this mean that Carnival might need to also create a "hall monitor - the one's that we fought so hard to be in grade school".  It will probably be very difficult for one individual to monitor the riders and keep an eye on the Carnival crowds that are sure to gather.  

Maybe they'll transfer the chair hog monitors!

Don't worry...cruising won't be happening until it's safe...really safe. They'd need so many restrictions; who would go on such a cruise anyway.  Sometimes it's more fun to stay home.
