Smoking areas on Brittania

Could any of you regular cruisers give some advice please. We are thinking of moving our cruise booked for May 2021 on Iona, to May 2022 on Brittania. Before choosing my cabin I would like to know if the smoking areas on this ship are on the port or starboard side. Any help would be much appreciated!

Port Side, but although we are non smokers, we were in a cabin above the smoking area outside Java and didn't smell anything.

The last time we were on Britannia there were 2 smoking areas on Deck 7, one midships starboard and one port side aft. This was 4 years ago however and I know they do occasionally move them so Andy’s info may well be more up to date, but if you do want to avoid the smoke then a forward cabin may be best?

Thanks for your help, and like your suggestion re forward cabin. This would put me in a good position to use the forward lifts straight up to the crows nest every evening!
