Edge-deck 6 starboard verandah noise question

I am thinking of booking a deck 6, midship, starboard side cabin.  I enjoy sitting out on the verandah in the quiet of the evening, and I am somewhat concerned about the noise that may filter up from the magic carpet, open air dining in Raw on 5 which is located in the midship area.  Would appreciate any opinions/info/ideas about the noise factor in that location.  Many thanks...

You do realize that the veranda is not outside, it is interior space with a floor to ceiling window that the can  be lowered.  If you want a true veranda consider booking a sunset veranda, these have traditional balconies.
 

I can’t comment on the noise as we were on the port side.

If you like sitting on your verandah, definitely avoid the IV rooms.  There is no balcony, despite their name.
