Best place to eat on the beach?

Just wondering between all the AI and PAYG places if there's a spot that just had the best food (and drinks) available? And when I say best I mean selection and taste. Price isn't much of a deal breaker, I just love to trying new places to eat and from experience I know a lot of these types of places go for best bang for your buck vs quality. Beach view is a must. Being on the beach would be preferred tho. Thanks for any suggestions!

If you are not going for an AI like Jaime's or Maya Chan, I suggest Tropicante or La Chilangaloene boon the malecon at Mahahual.  Ibiza Sunset is another option.   However, I'm not sure at the moment what is open along the malacon.  No ships have been visiting, but some divers have been there over the winter months.  I know La Chila...is open.  Very inexpensive and the two ladies there will take great care of you.
