Quick question about FCC amounts

When an FCC is issued, is the amount split equally between all the people on the booking? Or is it issued in the per person amount shown on the breakdown on the invoice?

It is now split equally among all guests.

 

when applying it you can apply excess amounts from one guest to another guest.
