NCL just opened the Bliss out of Seattle to Alaska and I'm very tempted. Rather book the Scarlet Lady on her return to America. Please come straight to Miami.

Scarlet Lady is taking bookings in the UK until 8/27.  First voyage in Miami is 9/22.  If the US is open, she's coming. Whether she will take paying passengers is uncertain. She didn't in March 2020.

I think you answered your own question. The scrutiny of any repo ending in the US by CDC and others may be too much hassle for cruise lines to put up with for the minimal revenue repos generate.

As things stand UK residents aren't allowed into the USA so passengers on the transatlantic looks unlikely.
