I paid the $500.00 nonrefundable deposit for the Horizon and now see some openings on the Mardi Gras. Is it possible to transfer over to the Mardi Gras for the same sailing date?

Idk but someone said they are allowing switches until june 14. Not after, so I'd call whomever you booked with.

 

July and august bookings they are especially flexible with ...but they havent said anything about sept. I'd call fast.

I'd think your chances improve if the new booking is more expensive.

I did just over a week ago for December 2022.  I switched to the Mardi Gras. No problem at all.
