FCC Refund Question

So originally we were booked on a cruises summer 2020 and of course it was cancelled. We took the cruise credit and booked another cruise that would have been sailing right now actually and of course it was cancelled as well. About a month ago we got our taxes and fees refunded, but we never received new Future Cruise Certificates with the number. The question is if I just have to be patient and wait or did something go wrong? I did apply to have the refund issued as FCC. I know the likely the answer is to just call but thought I would check with others before I sit on hold.

When was your cruise cancelled how long ago did you apply for the FCC.?
As I recall our last FCC took about 7-8 weeks.

Just went and looked back through the emails. It was officially cancelled on April 8, so 9 1/2 weeks ago.
