Reservations for general dining (non-specialty dining) question

New to Celebrity.  Have 8:30pm dining.  Understand we are to pick between the 4 (non-specialty) restaurants each evening.  Do we reserve a specific restaurant for each evening?  And if so, via cruise planner or once on-board?  Thank you.

If you have traditional dining, set time, which it sounds like you do you will be assigned to 1 of the 4 main dining rooms.   If you want to try the other restaurants speak to the MaitreD in your assigned dining room a day or 2 before they will make the arrangements for you.

Assuming you have late dining (as opposed to Anytime Dining), you will be assigned to one of the four dining rooms. You have the option to request to dine in one of the other dining rooms once you are onboard.
