JourneyView Medallion not available

I watched the Monday series on medallion app and I understood that after the 60 day mark I would be able to use this feature.  The cruise is paid in full and I have green checkmarks on all but the 72 hour physical.  Am I to far from sailing date of August 29th to use the app and if so how close to sailing must it be? Thank you..if this has been asked forgive me please!
