I'm booked on MSC Meraviglia for the 10/09/21 sailing, but would like to book the 10/16/21 sailing with a different itinerary. I have heard that some

cruise lines are not allowing B2B Bookings. So can we or can't we book B2B?

I have B2B booked for this coming Sept/Oct but I booked it back in Dec of 2020.

When the CDC first came out with their CSO they didn't allow B2B cruises. The CSO has since been changed and B2B is now allowed. MSC has never come out and said my B2B wasn't allowed.

Honestly I don’t see how the CDC or any official entity can create policies banning you from purchasing whatever you want short of schedule 1 drugs.  They can make a declaration, but unless it has been made illegal by a congress or parliament I can’t imagine it surviving a court case.  Perhaps I’m being naive, and I have sided with the CDC on virtually all of its decisions relative to Covid but I wouldn’t side with this.   I’m not 100% married to the idea of the US being a total capitalist society but the simple truth is, we are.
