OldCrazyCruisers Posted September 20, 2021 #1 Share Posted September 20, 2021 Hi, Carnival cancelled our cruise as my husband uses oxygen at night and would be bringing an oxygen concentrator on board. My question is how and when will we know when this restriction is lifted so we can cruise again...does anybody know. Also does this apply to all cruise lines. He only uses the oxygen when he sleeps...like a Cpac machine. We need to cruise!
Rare 1025cruise Posted September 20, 2021 #2 Share Posted September 20, 2021 I believe all brands under the Carnival umbrella have implemented this policy. As of right now, it is through the end of the year.

katsn1011 Posted September 22, 2021 #5 Share Posted September 22, 2021 So is Royal Caribbean, I use one & they are aware of my need for an oxygen. It is written on my Cruise Vacation Receipt and I booked directly with Royal. We are sailing early in December 2021.
marden1970 Posted November 3, 2021 #6 Share Posted November 3, 2021 Hi, you might want to check with your cruise line re: oxygen concentrators. Princess just posted on their website that they will now allow them. But still not oxygen tanks or dialysis. Hope you will be able to cruise soon.
