Where do you get coupons?

Are these the coupons that come in the Crown and Anchor magazine? Are these coupons that RCCL sends? I've been reading about them but not sure I know which coupons people are discussing. Thanks!!:D

Not sure which coupons you are talking about. The ones in the C&A magazine are for dollars off on your cruise fare. Once on board you will get a coupon book that gives discounts on different things aboard ship. On both, the higher the level of C&A membership the more valuable the coupons.

Mike, I was asking about the coupons being discussed on the boards. I see sometimes people ask for a friends or a family coupon. We are 1 cruise away from diamond level and the only place that I have ever seen coupons is in the Crown and Anchor magazine and that is only for certain cruise dates.

Well, cruiserone, BOTH kinds of coupons are discussed on these boards.

 

The friends and family coupons are sent out, somewhat randomly, after a person's first cruise, or at other indefinable times. They are sent in pairs: one for you, one for you to share, usually for $50 U.S., to be used as a discount off the next cruise.

Thanks, Merion Mom! I knew that I was missing out on something other than the Crown and Anchor magazine. Gee, in all these years I never got a coupon. But thanks for the answers! :D

We've taken nine RC cruises and we finally got "the coupons" after this last cruise. Even our friends who went w/us got them. So I have no idea why/how they determine who gets them.:confused:

I forgot about those "thank you" coupons. Yes, we have received them also after our last 5 cruises. Don't think we have every used them though.
