Princess Website Saved Cruise Whoops!

Website is still misbehaving with Saved Cruises, I cleared Cache and Cookies, Logged out, Logged In again. Get the 'Whoops' page for Saved Cruises. This has been going on for a week. Have not tried Saving new cruises, will try that next.

 

ETA Nope saved a new itinerary and Saved count goes up to 3 but still get Whoops.

 

Tried different Browser, same result.

I had problems too. In the past I had been able to save cruises now it tells me I have saved but when I look it says sorry this option is not avaliable in your country.

I had started a thread on this earlier.  It was getting to be much too agrevating.  A nice poster gave me a tip that WORKS for me. 

 

Sign In > Open My Account Drop Down > Open My Princess Home > Right side, click SAVED+ Cruise With Me. 

 

I am using a PC and this kind of back door entry works for me with Chrome and with my old Firefox Pre Quantum.  I do not use a phone when I can use a PC, so I can not help with phone.  Good luck, hope it works for you.  YMMV

I did look for previous threads with recent updates before starting a new thread, Your backdoor method worked fine with Microsoft Edge and with Chrome - thank you !
