Great Five-Night to Cozumel and Costa Maya with Nachi Cocom and Chacchoben for excursions. We had rain in the afternoon in Cozumel, but otherwise a perfect vacation. Erin did a great job as cruise director, embarkation was a snap, debark was even faster. Good Lord, if you can carry your own luggage do it!

Some Observations:

  • Mask enforcement was spotty and dropped as the cruise went on.
  • The buffet food was good, but not great, burgers were amazing.
  • The turntable in the show lounge failed, so we had scaled down shows, we liked these versions.
  • Lido deck, port side balcony cabins a few down from the elevator are our new favorite.
  • Omelet stations at the back of the ship were never crowded. The front ones were slammed.
  • Television did not work on any of the fitness bikes.
  • Smokers on balconies are jerks.
  • Past guest party drinks are strong!
  • The ship was clean, crew was fantastic.
  • Service at 6PM seating dinner was great, food was good.

I'm past writing long reviews. I've been on the original Mardi Gras at age 18 and now this one at 60 something. Enjoy the photos.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Sounds like you had a great cruise.

 We did!

This was number 36 and it never gets old. We had ten in our group and no one saw 11PM any of the nights. Pure party animals...

Galveston is a short commute so the opportunity is right here.

We sail next week on the Breeze. How was the piano player? It's one of our favorite places to go in the evenings. I think our sailing is his last one from a chart I found.

Funny, and pretty good. I think he's a Brit, so think that kind of delivery for humor. It was crowded every night. The Dream class ships have opened up the seating area different from the Conquest class. The best seats were the booth style across from the walkway. This made people watching from the comedy shows and the piano bar a double-feature. 🙂
