Haven Amenities Operating Hours?

What are the usual operating hours of the Haven bars,  lounge, pool, hot tubs and restaurant? 
 

And is there ever live music anywhere in the Haven?

 

in case ship or itinerary matters, we are sailing Encore in the Caribbean.

We are just off of the Getaway in the Haven and the bar was open until 11:00 pm, the concierge hours were 8 am to 8 pm, and the haven restaurant hours varied based on if it was a port of call day or not.  The lounge is open 24 hours, but you would be lonely after 11 pm.  I really never saw anyone in the pool area so I cannot comment (it was cool, 50's to low 60's).
