Vaccination Paperwork for Spain

Travelling to the Canaries very soon but just noticed this on the FCDO website for entry to Spain.

"Spain will accept the UK’s COVID-19 vaccination record. If you are travelling with a printed PDF proof of vaccination status, it must date from 1 November to ensure that the certificate can be scanned successfully."

Does that mean if you got your NHS COVID Pass issued before 1st November it will not scan into the Spanish system? What do people think? Last minute scramble for another paper copy?

To me this means that if you got your covid pass before 1st of Nov it will be out of date, the covid pass is valid for 30 days. If you use the NHS app log in and generate a new pass which will be valid for 30 days, you can download and print a PDF copy or have an offline copy sent by email.

Wot you said. The 3rd dose has also been showing on the letter for the last few weeks. Always best to have a recent copy.
