Update #2: made it through at 2:24. Very

nice rep but obviously stressed. Took care of everything efficiently and refunded no problem.

I am going on 2 hours with the resolution team - hoping someone answers soon!

I have been on hold now for over an hour.  Well, actually someone answered pretty quickly and I went through the whole spiel to cancel my cruise only to be told that because it's a casino offer I will need to talk to them.  She transferred me and I entered a whole new wait queue.

Let me know how that goes. I was told Casino department doesn’t open until Monday.

Ours was also a casino offer and I was able to cancel using the “Resolutions” department.

Was your cruise before Jan. 15th?  I got through to the casino dept. at the 2 hour mark.  My only option for the Jan. 15th MG cruise was to move it to a later date.  No refund or FCC.  I did move it to Jan. 2023 with no penalty.  However,  it is considered fully paid and under a full penalty if I choose to cancel the 2023 cruise at a later date.  She did say that I could wait and see if they extend the cancel offer that ends on Jan. 14th.  I have too many planning and traveling decisions to make to go through a last minute cancellation at this point. I am disappointed that the casino department is not being very flexible. I booked a suite so no cheap cabin price for me.

Same here. Got through pretty quickly initially.... about 15 minutes. But have been holding for the casino department for a looong time. Total call almost 2 hours. Saw someone else post that the casino department is closed today so I think I'm going to hang up and try tomorrow. Luckily don't cruise until Jan 9 so no rush yet......
