Uber / Lyft Port Everglades to Miami Airport?

DW and I will be disembarking at Port Everglades from Princess' Pier 2.  Our flight home will depart from MIA.  Two questions about this.  

 

First, where at the Pier 2 terminal is the rideshare pickup area?  (Most posts on this forum discussing this seem to be from 2019.  With COVID and construction, things may have changed.)

 

Second, are FLL-area Uber/Lyft drivers willing to go as far as Miami airport?

Pre-virus the UberX/Lyft fare from PE to MIA was about $35-40+ -- suspect it will closer to $50+ based upon recent reports on this board.  Taxi on the same run will be about $75-80+.

I am wonder the same as you. Did you get an answer to your questions? Care to share your experience or advice?

@ilovebananas:  In January 2022, Rideshare area is just outside the terminal’s luggage claim exit, across the driveway to the small island in the traffic way.

 

Uber / Lyft drivers will accept any destination you enter.
