What to do before tour?

We'll be on Cozumel starting at 7am, but our tour doesn't start until 10:30.  

Of course we could sleep in and have a leisurely breakfast but I kind of want to start our day off early. 

What could we do before meeting our snorkel tour at 10:30?

Where do you have to go to meet the tour? Is it a cruise tour or independent? Which pier are you at?

It's an independent tour. Our cruise ship docks at the international pier and our tour meets at the downtown ferry dock.
