Cruise planner

Hi everyone I seem to be having trouble signing into my cruise planner after I sign in it just goes right back to main home page. Is anyone else having a problem?

It happens occasionally. Clear your cache and cookies and try it that way. It's Royal's awesome IT😬

Can you see your cruise on the app? Reason I am asking is that "for me" this happened when they "accidentally" cancelled my cruise due to a computer glitch they said. I would check the app and if you do not see it there, call your TA or Royal if you booked directly.

Nope. I was able to get in my CP for both of our cruises. I'm using a laptop/windows 10/Google Chrome.

I cleared my cookies and defragmented and still not able to get to my planner thru my laptop. It shows my cruise on phone app but can't do anything on laptop. I guess I need to go to Geek squad I don't know what I am doing wrong

Try a different browser.

Thank you everyone went to Best Buy and the young man at geek squad found out it was my date and time on computer needed to be reset cause I had an outage with comcast it didn't reset. Its back up and running now thanks again
