Unlimited internet upgrade

We’re booked and want to upgrade to unlimited internet for 1 person in cabin. Is that doable and is it linked to one specific phone #. Asking because when I place it in cart it’s only allowable for my account. Want it for my 17 year old.

You upgrade to the unlimited, creating a userid/log-in and password, and can use or share it on one device at any given time only, perfectly fine to "give" that to your 17 years old to use.  It is not linked to just one device, register as many devices as you want or need, it is tied to the device's MAC addresses along with a valid id and password.
