Best beach in costa Maya

Doesn't have to be all inclusive. Looking for gorgeous sand and blue water

Mahahual is one big beach so conditions of sand and sea are similar and beach bars/restaurants are lined up one after another so it it more a matter of finding a facility that offers the atmosphere you are looking for. Either end of malecon tends to be quieter. 
 

There are also some out of town locations along a bumpy road and longer ride - Almaplena, Maya Chan, Hayhu.

 

Gorgeous sand and blue water may be pushing the limits in Costa Maya and will be very dependent on season and sargassum.
