Beach recommendations for Bermuda, good bar and bathrooms

Looking for some recommendations for a beach in Bermuda. We usually like all inclusive beach type days but I have found out Bermuda doesn't really do that. The things that are most important to us in order are

1) clean bathrooms

2) has beach chairs (for rent or free, doesn't matter)

3) rents out boogie boards / snorkeling equipment

4) easy access to food

5) availability of drinks to purchase

Things we don't care about

1) if it's secluded

2) proximity to Royal Navy Dockyard (where the cruise ship will be docked)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would normally recommend Horseshoe Bay, but the new concessionaire had their plans for renovation of the restaurant/bar/bathrooms rejected so I can't be sure what their state will be this coming season. Frankly i think they were satisfactory as they stood, so if they were just given a good clean up and a new paint job I would still be OK with going there.

It is good the plan they proposed was was rejected. My opinion "ick" . The locals thought the same. My guess is that what will happen is that they will modify the plan. i don't think it will affect this coming season. Even the way things work in Bermuda there will have to be rentals, food etc at Horseshoe. That is a major tourist and local draw. What to look out for is if the new consessonaires take over at Coopers Island, Nothing there now since the previous concession closed.
