Antigen test post cruise Vancouver?

We are taking a cruise from Hawaii and debarking in Vancouver with 5 sea days before doing so.  Going to be staying a couple nights in Vancouver prior to flying to Calgary with Westjet. The cruise is in May with Celebrity and we will be doing antigen tests to come home to Canada at that time,I am wondering if there will be a testing facility at the dock for antigen? Or has anyone done the virtual tests with switch health or the like with ship internet while on a sea day?

At yesterday's press conference, the Minister of Transport stated that the testing requirements for cruise passengers would be announced "very soon", definitely in advance of the opening of the cruise season for BC. It's a bit too soon to say whether there will be antigen testing at the terminals or if the cruise lines will offer them aboard ship. Testing all crew and passengers within 24 hours of entry would be quite a task to be accomplished aboard, if in fact the rules for arrival by cruise ship are the same as arriving via other modes of transport.

 

There have been multiple posts by passengers who have successfully tested with Switch Health or similar kits using a ship's Internet.

Personally I have my fingers crossed that by the time of my Alaska cruise at the end of Aug, they do away with entry testing requirement for fully vaccinated people.
