We used Shared Shuttle to get from the hotel to port and they were wonderful. It was very reasonable and we wound up using them a couple more times throughout our trip. (Eating train and bus tickets we'd already purchased because they made getting around so much easier.)

Glad to see your comments about shared shuttle.it.  I used them back in Oct 2020 from FCO to B&B and they were very good then so good to know they still provide good service.  We will need a shuttle in Oct from FCO to our B&B in Civitavecchi.

For what it's worth, we ended up booking at Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport for our pre-night stay.  Have made a reservation with Bob's Limo Service for our transportation out to Civitavecchia morning of embarkation.
