Can Rotterdam Aft Vista suite bed be set up as two twins?

Long story, myself, DW and my mother were going on Rotterdam with mother in her own (interior) room and DW and I in an aft Vista Suite.

DW developed some health issues recently and can no longer go.  At her insistence, I am continuing on the trip with my mom but we felt that having two rooms wasn't cost effective plus the room I was booked in has the beverage package, internet, dining and gratuities included.

We got the booking changed for mom to be in the same cabin as me and we canceled her booking but HAL left the beds as a queen set-up.

Before I get on the phone and wait 30 min - 1hr to ask to change it, I was wondering if it can be done.  Usually it can, but I understand that some rooms the bed has only one configuration.

If that's the case, then one of us is going to be bunking on the couch.

Any Rotterdam (Pinnacle Class) cruisers in the know on the subject?  I would be most appreciative.
