Check-in Available but Can't Reserve Arrival Time

Hi,

 

Check-in opened for my upcoming cruise (out of Galveston). I'm able to fill in the forms but I'm unable to reserve an arrival time. The website/app says

"We’re not quite ready for you. Check back closer to your cruise to select an arrival time and complete check-in."

 

Does anyone have any idea when arrival times might open? Cruise is less than 45 days out.

Keep checking the app - probably in the next few days.

I just got off the Oasis at the end of Mar. Our check in via the app didn't open until about 30 day prior to boarding.

This happened to us too. The times opened up two days later. Just keep checking back.

Same thing happened to me I was able to check in my for our June 4 Symphony cruise 45 days out no problem.  

I kept checking a couple of times per day and ended up being able to get arrival time 2 days later.  I even called Royal and was only on hold for 1 hour to be told just keep checking..LOL
