Boat excursions from Royal Navy Dockyard

Hello, any ideas for a prepaid excursions on a boat/catamaran that is walking distance from where the cruise ship (Adventure of the Seas) docks?  Especially one that brings you to a cove or beach area to rest in?   Small group or private would also appeal. (For 4 people).  We would want to avoid any bus or taxi…

Check out Island Tour Centre. They offer excursions from the Dockyard.

Here is the link to the Island Tour Centre that was mentioned. You can read the descriptions. Most will leave walking distance from the dock.

I will add Restless Native Sail and Snorkel for the Cure which I don't think is on the Islnd Tour Centre website.It will also leave from the Dockyard.
