How do I cancel shore excursion?

We haven't cruised with Carnival before.  We bought a shore excursion and wish to cancel but I don't see a place to do that online.  I have the email confirming our purchase but it doesn't have information about canceling.

 

Do I have to call or can I somehow do it online?

you can call or in the cruise manager go to booking and order details then cancel the order

My 5 excursions were cancelled because Carnival changed the itinerary, but they did not refund me properly. I am short 158.55. Trying to figure out how to get that corrected since it's impossible to call anyone and no email address for help.

Ouch! That has to hurt! That's a lot of money for us. There HAS to be some sort of conflict resolution number to call, or email addy. I hope you get it resolved in your favor.

Following shof515's advice I managed to get it canceled online.  And I'm sure it worked because then I received an email from Carnival confirming it.
