Icy Straight shuttle to town?

Can anyone that has stopped at Icy Stright this season tell me if they have a shuttle running to town and if so is it running properly? We were there in August and the shuttle never showed up as they were short staffed and the driver had to lead an excursion.

We were there last week. I saw many people walking but I do not remember seeing any shuttles other than those who'd booked excursions. We did whale watching there so we shuttled to town.

I was in Icy Strait Point last Saturday and saw the shuttle in town when leaving our whale watching tour. I don’t know the cost, since I did not use it, but several people were on it when I saw it.

We did the shuttle several years ago and at that time it was $5.00...I'm sure the price has gone up. But to book it once in port it's located near where the mini hot donut booth is.
