First time cruise credit for frequent cruiser and newbie me? Restaurant reservations

We (two people) are about to book our first Silversea cruise.  Kindly explain about receiving a discount or credit for the cruise, for both my fellow passenger and me, and the past Silversea voyager.

 

The cruise we are planning to take is just two months away.  If we are unable to make a reservation online, will we have difficulty eating in the restaurant of our choice?

Don’t understand your first paragraph, but as far as your second, it depends, as well as what ship you are sailing.

Sounds like a friend has referred you so make sure they submit that info to SS and when you book the discount should show up.  Best to use a TA to book both reservations.  I think you are still within the window to be able to book shore excursions and dining.
