Hot Tubs on Liberty of the Seas

Are the hot tubs on Deck 11 in the Solarium open late?  Has anyone had the Grand Suite 1560 under the hot tub - did you get any noise in your room from it?

I seem to remember they close at 10:30 or 11:00

On Liberty a couple of weeks ago, we were in the Solarium hot tubs after 2:00 AM on a few nights. I was told by one of the other guests that they always leave one open all night long, but usually alternate between port and starboard side each night.
