Captains Club phone number or email address

I need to contact Captains Club for some points that I did not receive on an activity that I did on Power Up Points and I’m not sure the best way to get a hold of them. I’ve called various phone numbers that I’m told are for captains club but none of them have gone through to CC or I’m on hold for so long that I eventually have to hang up. Is there anybody  that knows a direct email or phone number that somebody will actually respond to in a timely manner? Thank you

This is what I have.  Note:  I sent an email to the Engagement Centre and never received a reply.  Maybe this will work for you.

Thank you for the info. I’ve tried that phone number and can never get anyone to pick up. The recording states a 30 minute hold time but I waited on hold much longer than that and finally had to hang up.

I may have to contact Lisa Perlos office as that seems to be the only way to get any attention.
