Question about Loyalty Benefits

My loyalty tier gets me 35% off internet and 1 bag of free laundry every 7 days. Do I have to ask for these discount? And if so, who do I contact?

when you sign into a device for internet and select whole voyage it will initially show $19.95 per day but will then show the discounted amount before you accept

Laundry bag I have just filled and it comes back with 'free' on the chitty (without me flagging anything)

At the bottom of the receipt we write "loyalty free bag" instead of a total.  That works too.

What happens if the people in the cabin are of two different levels/tiers?

 

Also, how does the complimentary nights work if only one of the people has moved up a level/tier on that cruise and they want to book a cruise together again using the complimentary nights?

Laundry is per cabin.  Special events used to be the top tier in the cabin, eg get together that have pretty much gone but I assume the brunch still works that way.

 

The comp nights is an interesting nuance, for sure!
