I haven't heard of any Covid medical evacuations.

There wasn't any.  The medical evacuation at Victoria on Quantum was a cardiac event.  This has been well documented here on CC.  The poster heard from a bartender who rooms down the hall from a guy who knows some of the medical staff LOL.

It'd be no different than any cruise pre covid

I now see it's pointless to have these debates on a forum like this.  But, for the record, the current strain of Covid is as infectious as measles.  That's nowhere near the same as the common cold or the flu, which is probably the worst thing you would have caught on a cruise "pre-covid".  It would be nice if people would stop comparing them, but I know that's never going to happen.
