Speciality Dining - 3pm Reservation?

Hi, we're booked on Beyond 18th August - we are planning to book the Speciality Dining Package but don't understand the "1st Night Reservation" part of the deal.

When we go through the online booking it sets us up to make 3pm reservation on the 1st night:

  • Does this mean we have to dine at 3pm on the first day?
  • If not, does it mean we have to dine on the first night?
  • If we don't have to dine on the 1st night, do we just dash onboard and arrange our Speciality dining as soon as possible?
  • We'd like to eat in Eden, Le Voyage and Le Petit Chef - is there likely to be availability for them if we wait until we board?

Any advice much appreciated

You do need to go to a specialty restaurant on the first night.  You simply need to see the restaurant staff by 3pm to arrange the specifics.  For Eden definitely no.  The rest yes.

I do not believe the dining package includes Le Voyage.  We are booked on the October Beyond TA and just booked Le Voyage.  Price is $88.50 pp w/gratuity.  There was no availability for reservations on a sea day.  Port days had very limited availability 9:00 and 1 had 8:30 and 9.
