onboard credit

If it is Carnival Cruise Line on board credit, you will find it under "documents". If it was issued by a non-Carnival travel agent, it will not show up until you are on board. Hope that helps.

In your carnival online account you will see any onboard credit given by carnival under booking and order detals, scroll down to middle of page, click view invoice details and it's listed in a box under your invoice.   It shows the balance so if you've used it to buy or book anything, it shows your current balance.

If it is too soon to complete your check in you can get your invoice this way.

Enter this and put your booking number in place of the X's.

https://www.carnival.com/booked/document?BookingNumber=XXXXXX&IsPrintLuggageTagsSelected=true&IsPrintPassFlightSelected=false&IsPrintCruiseInfoSelected=true

Then, Log into carnival and do the same thing again. Your information will come up with your booking and suitcase tags. You will see the cost and your OBC along with any other perks you get.
