I can't speak to your specific cabin, but we were on the Paradise many years ago in a cabin for 4 and had no trouble putting the lower twins together.  On the Sunshine we had that same warning message when we booked, and we had no trouble there either.

The beds are in an L formation.  I found pictures on cruise deck plans of that cabin on Inspiration.  EM
