What is the farthest in advance of a cruise have you won a RoyalUp?

Just wondering how far in advance of your trip has anyone won a RoyalUp? I know people often win very close to departure date, but I'd like to know when is a realistic time to really start paying attention to my bids? Maybe 3 weeks out? thanks 😁

People on a current roll call of one of my upcoming cruises (different site) won RoyalUps just over 3 weeks out.

Yes. An alert on your credit card is the easiest way to find out.

We were just notified of our win today for a August 18th sailing, so about 7 weeks out.

WOW that's awesome. Was it an upgrade to a suite?...it seems that they upgrade the suites first, then balconies and so forth...

The answers will vary widely and most likely will not relate to your cruise.  Back when ships were sailing at a lower capacity it seemed like peoples bids in many cases were accepted sooner than they are now

 

Nice to see people replying with dates.  Would be curious to know what ships they are on and how full they are

We only bid on an Owner's Suite (up from a Jr. Suite).

We are on Adventure OTS.  It appeared that there were quite a few  Owner's Suites left, but Jr. Suites had been sold out for some time.
