I was told by the Casino Department when I said I would have my travel partner apply for a status match and then add her voyagers number that currently the status match on the website is not working properly and to try after July 1st.  Who know if that is true as we all know sometimes the reps get it wrong.

They ask for your loyalty level card from qualifying cruise line.  Many of us do not have a card (or have lost it). I used a screenshot from the cruise line that showed my name and status - attached it to email as a photo.
