Testing Requirement to Enter St. Kitts?

I was reading on the St. Kitts tourism page that as of April 1, 2022 all travels must submit a rapid antigen test (not home test) within one day of arrival or a PCR test taken within 3 days. How does this work with cruise ships? St. Kitts is day 5 of our cruise.  https://www.stkittstourism.kn/travel-requirements

I think that is for private vessels, not cruise ships

Anyone have any idea where to look for the St. Kitts requirements for travel by cruise line?
