Fly to fun working?

I’ve booked my 1st cruise ever!  Carnival Breeze in February!  I’m looking at flights and want to book thru fly to fun.  Mostly because of the protection it offers due to flight delays/weather problems.  

 

Problem is no matter what I put in for departure airport on the fly to fun website,  it tells me to “enter a valid airport”.  I’ve tried for multiple days on multiple devices and same error message.  
 

i called Carnival.  The said they’d “put a ticket in” for the problem but have not heard from them.  Is fly to fun no longer available?  Maybe with all the airport chaos?  Or am I just doing something wrong?  
 

Any help or suggestions?

F2F is working, but I wouldn't use it again.  Twice I've had my flights canceled and rescheduled, but the original flight was still available, if I wanted to pay more.  I won't deal with Carnival for flights again.

F2F has failed for other cruisers recently and not gotten them to the ship. Better to book directly so you can fix immediately any flight changes.
