purchasing internet minutes

Hi All,

 

I posted this over at Norwegian Cruise line but thought I'd also ask here.  I presently have 60 minutes free and am Sapphire so would get 20% off of a purchase.

I looked at 250 minutes which would be $140.00C.  When I went to book the price remained the same.  There was no 20% discount.

 

Any thoughts?

Did you go to the check out  ?

On the sister company the discount shows up once you input your CC at check out

That’s kind of nasty. I wouldn’t be happy entering my credit card info before I see the discount.

I am not sure if you have to complete the transaction  before the discount appears  

I believe it does show before  the payment goes through   best to just call the cruise line  to be sure

Thanks All,

I went as far as checking out and the price was still $140.00 and I didn't want to go any further.  I would think that the discounted amount should show up like it does when booking shore excursions and you reach the check out area.

 

I don't really want to put in my CC number before knowing the real price.  I probably don't need more than my original 60 minutes anyway since we will be ashore 7 days out of 10.

 

Looking forward to my cruise like everyone else these days.
