I'll go to exactly as many as I have free access to.  Paying another $35 per night for more isn't worth it to me.  I sometimes have worse food in the specialty restaurants than MDR/Local/Buffet.

 

To answer the OP question, I usually target port days when we're not getting off the ship.  The places are quiet and peaceful and the service is great.  Next would be sea days.

We have gone for the day we are at sea, as it will be something to look forward to and means we're not rushing to get back to the ship.
