OBC Question

When will I see my OBC.  I am booked but no check in or edocs yet.

Depends on type of OBC.   If it comes with the cruise you will see it immediately when you go to Cruise Planner.   If you click any category like Drinks Packages or Excursion you will see a shopping cart on the top right Corner.   To the left of it you will see how much open OBC you have.

 

If it is an OBC from a Travel Agent you will not see it until aboard the ship.

Any OBC provided in advance by Celebrity as part of your booking should show up now in your 'cruise planner' on the Celebrity web site.  If you have not yet logged in there, do so.

 

Any OBC provided directly by a travel agency will show up within about 24 hours after boarding.

If you have left over refundable OBC does Celebrity give a refund on the ship or do you need to wait.

You may cash out any refundable OBC on the last day of the cruise. I am impressed with how X is encouraging and reminding folks to use all their Non refundable OBC.
