Extra OBC

The reason I ask is we were  notified 3 weeks ago that we will get extra OBC for a cruise in November.  Just got confirmation that our shareholder OBC has been added, but no mention of the extra OBC notified 3 weeks ago.

Mine isn’t showing anywhere online but I emailed and asked about it and got a reply saying:

 

I have checked your booking and I can confirm that your booking has £100 onboard credit, and while this isn't visible to you currently, this will be deducted from your final bill onboard. 

 

So if all else fails at least I have it in writing! They were quite quick with the response too.

It can be used against all onboard spend except the casino.
