Equinox main dining room solo cruiser

I am cruising solo aboard the Equinox. I will be eating the majority of my meals in the main dining room. I would like to eat alone and I am wondering if it makes a difference if I go to main dining at 6 or the select dining at 5:30 / I want to eat early. Are there more tables for 1 in select dining or in main dining.

Thanks for all your help!

I am on the equinox now- solo, first cruise etc. Dining solo is no problem- I’ve went at different times with and without reservations and been accommodated at my own table within 2 minutes. They’ve accommodated other solos who want to stay with the same table/waiter nightly as well. But highly recommend Tuscan as a solo for one night- 530 restaurant was nearly empty, panoramic ocean table, was just a divine experience
