Vancouver testing

Where can I go to a test for a departure from Vancouver?  Thank yoi.

There is a testing facility at YVR on the departures level at the far end of the US departures. There is also one upstairs in the Fairmont YVR.

There is also one Canada Place Convention Center, CMV same prices as the airport location

There is a Shopper’s Drug Mart on W Pender St. We made an appointment by phone. It is 50CAD

Can this location be used if selected for a random test when arriving on a flight from the USA day of cruise?

No - only the government contracted labs can be used for the random arrival tests. This link should, if it behaves, show you a map of downtown Vancouver with locations flagged for tests - and also give the address of the walk-in Lifelabs FlyClear location on Russ Baker Way near YVR (the shuttle to YVR South and the Floatplane terminal should drive right past it).

That's too bad as it would be much more convenient.

I'm sure everyone can agree that convenience was not on the priority list when the testing policy was being planned!!!!! 😉
