Private Charter from STT-STJ

Anyone ever book a private boat/yacht to go from STT to STJ for the day or half day? I see some available and wondering if it could work better than taxing and ferry over.

There are powerboat operators out of Red Hook/East End that provide private excursions for up to 6 ppl. If no specific recs here, or for more options, check daysail and charters on the VINow website…

It will be more expensive so most people opt for public excursions that leave either from or near the cruise docks. The public excursions may not work with cruise schedules.

J J Divers offers private boat outings, and has a kiosk within walking distance of the Havensight dock.

Yes this is one of the most popular and they also offered charters to Jost. I’m glad to see they are still operating after Irma/Maria in September, 2017, and then the pandemic!
